The "Sunrise Sea Vew Villas" are located in the seaside village of Chorefto in Pelion. A key feature is the privileged position at the village boundaries, away from the crowded restaurants and cafes, at the seafront, ensuring uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea. Its design is fully harmonized with the natural environment, focusing to the traditional and bio-climate architecture making use of physical materials.
Located at the traditional village of Tsagkarada at the Pelion Mountain, the villas are located at the crossroads of the road axis connecting the village of Tsagkarada with the “unique” beach of Fakistra. The Sunrise Tsagkarada Villas are set in two buildings, featuring four independent guesthouses, a shared pool and a gazebo. The privileged position of the villas allowed the easy access to the village squares and to the beaches of Fakistra and Mylopotamos, ensuring uninterrupted views of the Aegean Sea.
The Sunrise Garden Hills is the new addition of the Sunrise Pelion Villas. Located in the village of Makrirachi, the property consists of three houses set at three levels. The ground level and first floor have an interconnected internal stair, which may be closed to ensure privacy. It offers great mountain and sea view and is close to one of the best beaches of Pelion, Agii Saranta.
